At the conference, Mr. On Dang Khoa - Director of the Department of Standards, Metrology and Quality of BR-VT province deployed the contents of the National Program to support businesses in improving productivity and quality of goods in the period 2021 - 2030 according to Circular No. 35/2021/TT-BTC. State budget supports businesses to carry out the tasks of the Business Support Program to improve productivity and quality of products and goods in Ba Ria - Vung Tau province until 2030 according to Resolution No. 03 /2023/NQ-HĐND.

At the same time, Ms. Tran Thi Kim Lien - Deputy Head of the Science and Technology Management Department - Department of Science and Technology implemented contents related to the Intellectual Property Development Program until 2030 according to Circular No. 75/2021/TT-BTC. State budget supports businesses in registering for protection of inventions, industrial designs and trademarks, registering for protection and recognition of new plant varieties according to Resolution No. 04/2023/NQ-HDND.

Also at the conference, delegates and guests together exchanged, discussed, guided and answered problems relating the Program to support businesses in improving productivity and quality of products and goods in the province and contents related to building, managing and developing intellectual property to protect brands, improving product quality and developing production and business as well as accessing to support policy mechanisms of the province.
