In the training course, trainees were instructed professional skills and practise how to take a photo, process image before putting on the internet; skills of collecting, writing and edting a news and upgrade the news on the internet. After the training course, trainees are able to collect information in such various aspects as husbandry, cultivation, product, service. Trainees can also use Website tools to advertise information of their communes, information exchange, product purchase or edit outstanding activities of their communes on website pages. In addition, trainees are guided how to look for thematic information on website pages related to mecical, education, legitimate documentation, agriculture, pisciculture, aquaculture look for information related to purcahse on agricultural and aquaculture equipment that are served for propagation to everybody who live in the commune.  

A training course on advanced skill for those who work on the Station of S&T Electrical Information will be held by the Center of Informatics and S&T Information in 2008./.
