Training course on “State management on activities about Science Study and Technology Development”

In April 29, 2008, the DOST held a training course called “State management on activities about Science Study and Technology Development”. Taken part in the training course were: the Director of the DOST, Dr. Truong Thanh Cong; representatives of sectors and departments  in the communes and province; members of the PSC; cadres who manage science and technology in communes; representatives from organizations who lead the projects in the province, etc.

The training course introduced the process how to develop a plan explanation and project management, project of science study and technology development; some instruction on getting money in advance, payment and getting budget; guiding on how to report results from research results; instruction on some new document of science management in the province.
