Acceptance of Investment Project of Sanitary Landfill for Non-hazardous Industrial Solid Waste Management at Toc tien Commune in terms of technology matters. It is a conclusion of Technological Assessment Committee at the workshop organized by the Department of Science and Technology given to Investment Project of Sanitary Landfill for Non-hazardous Industrial Solid Waste Management at the assigned concentration zone of waste disposal. The project is owned by KBEC company - Korea

The objective of the project aims at dealing with problem of industrial solid waste management that not only has Ba ria – Vung tau faces the difficulty at present, since there now is not any enterprise in the area which could undertake the service efficiently and reliably. The project set up is based on KBEC’s new technology of sanitary landfill with leachate recirculation technology, physical/chmical and biological treatment and evapotranspiration function by tree farm irrigation – no discharge to the outside (leachate zero-discharge process). The KBEC’s invention of the technology has been granted a patent.
