In the courses and seminars, farmers have been taught of knowledge, experience in farming, breeding and aquaculture in order to apply them into production. All levels of union also coordinated with Bank of Social Policy to check for more 3,200 households borrowing nearly 25.5 billion VND; mobilizing 145 prosperous households supported 96 poor households approximately 240 million VND and trees, breeding animals worth hundreds VND. All levels of the Farmers Union have contacted with fertilizer companies to sign and buy more than 650 tons of fertilizer in deferred payments, helping farmers to produce timely seasonal work.

With respect to households having not enough farmland, all levels of the Farmers Union of Xuyen Moc District have coordinated with the local authorities to sign contracts with Forestry Liability Limited Company in order to the households take care of saplings and combine to plant short-term trees in nearly 200 hectares of afforest land.
