On the day of 10 October 2008, in Vungtau VCCI meeting-hall took place a seminar “Trademark – Assets and Values” organized by Vietnam VCCI with a lecture of Professor Ton That Nguyen Thiem, Director of the Training Program Int’l MBA & PhD of Nyenrode Business Institutes in Vietnam, at the same time he is a Director of the Training Program MBA & BBA of United Business Institutes in Vietnam.

Professor Ton That Nguyen Thiem gave a lecture on trademark that businesses are interested in, such as trademark is a live entity, appraising trade names, strategy of a trademark development, organization of marketing and advertisement technique… and he answered the questions of businesspeople. Professor Ton That Nguyen Thiem recommended that businesses and managers should have exact and sufficient awareness of trademark. Businesses should have their strategies of trademark development logically, a general and serious policy in order to administrative, protect and develop their trademarks for themselves.
