The fair of exhibition of the third Southern Agriculture and Rural 2008, which was organized in Ho Chi Minh City by Vietnamese Farmers Union co-operated with the People’s Committee of Ho Chi Minh City, has been just ended.

There have been more than 200 stalls which showed specialties of agriculture, forestry and aquaculture from 20 provinces and cities of the South. Baria-Vungtau has had 7 stalls with special products such as: Van Sen instant dried cuttlefish; All kind of rice, safe vegetables of Phuoc Hai Safe Vegetables Production Co-operative, Tan Thanh District; Processed seafood of Baseafood Company; Products of pepper, cashew, Hoa Long alcohol; custard-apples, fine arts, dried noodle, Japanese safe mushrooms… The products of Baria-Vungtau have won the Organization Board and customers by their qualities and prices. At the end of the fair, two products, Instant dried cuttlefish of Van Sen and bottled drinking water Safety of Lan Anh Sole Member Limited Liability Company have won the award “Vietnamese Golden Buffalo”.
