During the past two years, the application of software EOFFICE has been made in 10 offices with total cost of approximately 2 billion VND. According to the evaluation of the offices which have used EOFFICE, when applying EOFFICE they have had some effects: the working time decreases very much; costs of office stationary reduces much more; supporting of receiving incoming documents and transferring outgoing documents; improving informatics level for officers and civil servants.
