Approving the theme: “The rights and resolutions in order to improve vocational training capacity in Baria-Vungtau Province”

On the day of March 31st 2009, the Provincial Science Council has organized a conference to approve the theme: “The rights and resolutions in order to improve the vocational training capacity in Baria-Vungtau Province”. The theme has been presided over by Dr. Ngan Thuy Collin and BSc Thai Quoc Viet is a co-presider. The Science and Technology Informatics Center is the entity which has presided over the theme.

The target of the theme: researching the rights and potential of vocational training and labour supplying in the province, the factors that have impacted on the operation of vocational training and providing resolutions in order to improve the vocational training capacity in the locality.

According to the Approving Council, the theme is practical significant and needed in the current period in Baria-Vungtau because of requirements of socio-economic development and industrialization-modernization. However, the theme needs to amend and supplement some of research contents in order to comply with the local realities such as: providing resolutions of improving the vocational training capacity to 2015 and vision up to 2020; resolutions of organization and management; resolution of policy; resolution of domestic cooperation; resolutions of training programme and teaching staff; proposing a model of experimental application in the resolutions…

The theme has met requirements of research deployment.
