On the day of 29th, May 2009, Center of Informatics and Scientific and Technological Information held a seminar entitled: "Nanotechnology,the development and potential" at the VCCI Baria-Vungtau. Reporter was Dr. Nguyen Thi Phuong Phong, Deputy Director of Laboratory NanoTechnology, National University Ho Chi Minh City. 80 Representatives of departments, agencies, businesses of baria-vungtau attended this seminar.

Here,delegates listened to introduce the basic concept of NanoScience, NanoTechnology, applications of Nanomaterials in many different fields as: in electronics - mechanics, in medicine - pharmaceutical products, in manufacturing consumer goods, military, science and the universe achievements of science and technology on the Nano in the world and in Vietnam.

Seminar on science and technology is an annual activity organized by the Center of Informatics and Scientific and Technological Information Baria-Vungtau.
