Reimbursement in the first 9 months reached USD 7.2 billion, equal with 88.9% against over the same period in 2008. Thus, in September, FDI attraction reached higher than average, reimbursement was below average from the beginning of the year.
Ba Ria-Vung Tau province continues to be at the top of FDI attraction list in the past nine months, with USD6.66 billion dollars. Followed by Binh Duong, Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi, with a total capital attracted USD 2.45 billion, USD 1.14 billion and USD 383 million in turn.
