The Vietnam Fund for Supporting Technological Creations (VIFOTEC) gave away prizes to 16 scientific projects displayed by Vietnamese at the fourth Students International Initiative Fund exhibition held from December 11 to 15 in the Republic of Korea.
The awards included six gold, five silver and five bronze medals.
The fourth SIIF exhibition is held every two years by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), International Federation of Inventors' + char(39)+ N' Associations (IFIA), the Korea Invention Promotion Association (KIPA) and Korean Intellectual Property Office (KIPO).
The 2008 display attracted 38 countries with nearly 500 scientific projects.
