On the day of October 27th, 2009, the Department of Science and Technology held a Council to appraise projects of four companies participating in the program supporting enterprises in period of the year 2009-2010 on Information Technology field.
The projects of four companies are considered including:
- Joint Stock Company of
- Song Quang Limited Company with proposal “Creating a sales management software online”
- Oil and Gas Design Consultants Joint Stock Company with proposal: “Software for analysis and calculating structure of pressure tanks;
- Decoimex Manufacturing - Import and Export of Services and Rural Development Company with proposal: “Building a website of commercial information and informatics training.
The above 4 enterprises have petitions for participating in the scientific and technological program for supporting enterprises in 2009, and proposals which explain detailed information technology (IT) applications to enhancing production and business efficiency of enterprises. After reviewing the dossiers of enterprises participating in the program according to criteria for the program support for developing small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) on information technology in 2006-2010 period which were approved by the People’s Committee of Baria-Vungtau Province, the Department of Science and Technology held a fact survey at enterprises before submitting to the Council for approval.
The Council had listened to representatives of the enterprises presenting objectives, plans and methods to carry out the project applied IT into their operations: management of production and business – popularization of trade marks and products. After discussion and checking the actual needs of each project as well as proposals of enterprises, the Council has agreed to propose to the People’s Committee of Baria-Vungtau Province for supporting funding the four enterprises as prescribed.
