The provincial leaders had a meeting with Organization Board of the second International Kite Festival 2010 about the time and organization of the Festival.

According that, the second International Kite Festival 2010 to be held from March 25-29, 2010 at Ocean Park, Vungtau city, with joining of nearly 30 countries over the world. During Fetival, the Organization Board also holds South Eastern Kite Festival on March 26 with joining of 6 kite clubs, such as: Baria town, Ho Chi Minh city, Bien Hoa (Dong Nai province), Nha Trang (Khanh Hoa province), Binh Thuan and Thu Dau Mot (Binh Duong province); about 100 art kites and 900 kites of students will be perform for welcoming 1,000 years of Thang Long- Ha Noi.
