In 2010, Centre for Rural Water Supply and Environment Sanitation will invest for upgrading, building 2 new water supply factories in Hoa Hiep commune and Bau Lam commune from the budget of province and funding of Netherlands. When these water supply factories come to operation, brings total 60% households of local to use clean water.

As known, in Xuyen Moc district, the clean water is supplied not enough the local people’s demand. About 52% households of district have clean water to use, in with that 15% households in town and 37% in rural.
