On May 20, the Economic and Budget Department of the Baria- Vungtau People’s Council had a supervision the progress of Sanctuary Ho Tram tourism project (Xuyen Moc district), which is invested by Hai Vuong Tourism Joint Stock company.

On May 20, the Economic and Budget Department of the Baria- Vungtau People’s Council had a supervision the progress of Sanctuary Ho Tram tourism project (Xuyen Moc district), which is invested by Hai Vuong Tourism Joint Stock company.

According to report of Hai Vuong company, till now, the project has been completed the phase I with 28 villas and gone into operation with total investment capital of VND 170 billion, in which the investor sold 17 villas with price from USD 400,000 to USD 1.6 million per one, depending on position. Total staffs who work for project are 82 people now. The phase II of project is expected to work continuously in July 2010, to build others 31 villas and in phase III of project is construction of resort and entertainment area.

At the working session, Mr.Nguyen Xuan Du, Head of the Economic and Budget Department highly appreciated the efforts of investor in transfer of registed capital into implementation one and requested the investor to speed up the last phases of project.
