On January 15, Nam Long Investment JS company (Ho Chi Minh city) held a ceremony of construction of Nam Long- Mipha eco-tourism project in Phuoc Thuan commune, Xuyen Moc district.

The project covers on an area of nearly 16.9 ha, belongs to Ben Cat- Ho Tram tourism planed area (Phuoc Thuan commune, Xuyen Moc district). As designed, the project reaches 4 star standard, includes items: hotel, restaurant, spa, swimming-pool, bar-club, villas, tourism apartments… with total investment capital of USD 40 million. Nam Long JS Co. Ltd., works in real estate field, and this is the first tourim-real estate project the company has invested.
