In the afternoon February 16, Mr.Ho Van Nien, Deputy Provincial Chairman had a meeting with members about hosting the third International Kite Festival Vung Tau- Vietnam 2011.

According that, over 300 kites of more than 100 kite enthusiasts who come from 20 countries, territories from all over the world will gather in Vung Tau city for the third international kite festival to be held from April 7-11.

Vietnam will join the festival with 3 teams who come from the Northern, the Middle and the Southern of Vietnam. Through the festival, Vietnam will choose special traditional kites to attend the Europe International Kite Festival to be held in France in September 2011.
