Recently, Mr.Ho Van Nien, Deputy Provincial Chairman had a meeting with Organization Board of the third International Kite Festival, about preparation for the third festival which be held in Back Beach, Vung Tau city from April 7-11.

Up to now, the Organization Board has invited about 120 kite enthusiasts who come from 25 countries, territories attend the festival.

According to plan, on April 8, Vungtau Intourco will held a conference to open the third International Kite festival; the kite dance night will be held on April 9 at Paradise resort. Next to, in whole time of festival, the organization board also will hold exhibition to introduce kite of deligations who take part in the festival, kite free performance on Back Beach area, from Ocean Park to Paradise resort.
