Ba Ria-Vung Tau will receive a total of VND 140 billion to carry out the “building new rural area” program in 2011 at 5 points, according to the province’s program steering board.

According to the “building new rural area” program, at the moment, Ba Ria-Vung Tau has 6/43 communes be chosen to build new rural area in 2011, 2012, includes: Bung Rieng commune (Xuyen Moc district), Long Tan commune (Dat Do district), An Ngai commune (Long Dien district), Quang Thanh (Chau Duc district), Chau Pha (Tan Thanh district) and Hoa Long commune (Ba Ria town). However, only 5 communes comleted the proposal for the province and be approved, Hoa Long commune are completing the plan.
