The People’s Committee of Dat Do district issued Decision to approve 1/500 plan of Sakura luxury resort and villas project at Phuoc Hai town, Dat Do district.

The project, with Urban Construction Development JS company (UDEC) is investor, covers on an area of 120 ha, total expected investment capital is about VND 1,573 billion.

This is luxury villas and resort, for serving relaxing demand of domestic and abroad tourists, includes functional areas: trade-service area, villas area, houses near hill area, other constructions: restaurant, entertaiment area, swimming pool, park… Maximum capacity of the Sakura luxury resort and villas project is over 3,400 people per day and night. The project expects to be started construction in the second quarter 2012.
