On August 21, Ba Ria- Vung Tau Youth Culture House and Youth Union of PTSC Mechanical and Construction (PTSC M&C) held the forum “Ba Ria Vung Tau Youth build Truong Sa”. Nearly 500 youths who are living, working in Ba Ria- Vung Tau attended.

On August 21, Ba Ria- Vung Tau Youth Culture House and Youth Union of PTSC Mechanical and Construction (PTSC M&C) held the forum “Ba Ria Vung Tau Youth build Truong Sa”. Nearly 500 youths who are living, working in Ba Ria- Vung Tau attended.

At the forum, teacher Ngo Huu Phuoc, Head of International Law of Ho Chi Minh city Law University told about the United Nation’s Convention on the Law of the Sea and reiterate Vietnam’s sovereignty over the 2 islands: Truong Sa and Hoang Sa.

Also at the forum, the representative of PTSC M&C handed-over nearly VND 280 million which be contributed by staffs, officers of the company to Fund for Truong Sa. And the youths of PTSC M&C contributed VND 40 million for the program.

According to Mr.Le Anh Quynh, Deputy Director of Youth Cultural House said that, the “contributing stone for building Truong Sa” program of the House has attracted many youths to join. In the first day of program only, the youths contributed VND 56.8 million. The program will end on September 2nd. All the money be contributed from the program will be handed-over to Tuoi Tre Newspaper by Provincial Youth Cultural House.
