Morning 26-11, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, PPC Chairman Tran Minh Sanh had a meeting with Mr. Anatoly V. Borovik, Consulate General of the Russian Federation in Ho Chi Minh City visited and discussed organization of Duma election on 04 December 2011 for Russian citizens who are now living and working in Ba Ria - Vung Tau.

At the meeting, Mr. Tran Minh Sanh said the PPC together with the functional departments would create all favorable conditions to contribute to the success of the Russian Duma election. Accordingly, in Ba Ria - Vung Tau, from 8:00am to 20:00pm, on 04 December, the Russian will vote in the polling-booth at the five-storey apartment of Vietsopetro Joint Venture.

In addition, Mr. Tran Minh Sanh and Mr. Anatoly V. Borovik expressed the same desire basing on the existing friendly relationship between Vietnam and Russia, especially the new partnership between Ba Ria - Vung Tau and Nenetskiy Autonomous Region will be the driving force for citizens of the two countries to continue supporting each other, preserving the relationship stronger in the future.
