According to Department of Plan and Investment, in 2012, the total capital construction budget from the budgetary fund of the province is over VND 3,150 billion. Till the end of the first quarter, the rate of disbursement of construction reached VND 720 billion, reaching 22.9%.

As plan of 2012, the province expects to start 72 constructions, of which 59 projects started construction and 13 projects implemented compensation and site clearance. Until the end of March, 13 projects started construction, the remaining 46 projects are in the progress in completion for procedures and bidding.
