On 11 January, Ministry of Science & Technology in conjunction with People’s Committee of Binh Dinh Province organized a seminar “2 year preliminary summing-up of implementing application support & technology & science transfer to develop social-economics of agriculture and mountainous, stage 2011 – 2015”.

Executing projects in recent time show effectiveness of investment into social-economic development of locality. Projects are to concentrate 3 problems: Transfer and receive technology; training technician and farmers; application of technology into reality through models for farmers as owners, develop technology transferred and developing local economics by science, technology. New technology & science development to apply into production is considered as the first priority in recent stage. The programme has contributed to socialize investment capital for this policy.

Up to now, there have 27 projects owned and applied high technology into production and 99 technology advanced and modern enterprises. Then, effectiveness of research, science application, raises living conditions for people in project region./.
