Participants to the meeting deliberated on the draft project on comprehensive education and training as well as the Council’s working program in the 2013-2015 period.

Addressing the event, PM said the State has promulgated a number of policies to create a favorable environment and grant considerable resources for the development of education and training.

The Government chief, however, pointed out major challenges, including limited management, inspection and quality assessment.

He requested that the draft project needs to cover achievements of education-training for the national construction and development and clearly identify weaknesses and figure out new orientations and tasks to fundamentally and comprehensively reform the country’s educational system in the coming time.

The project is expected to create substantial changes in the quality of this sector and make it a key driving force for sustainable development.

The draft project proposes specific goals for kindergarten education, universal education, vocational training education, tertiary education and continuing education./.
