On 27 September, Department of Science & Technology held scientific council to accept the subject “Researching to complete lifebuoy line throwing equipment for people on the sea”, head of the subject – Cononel – engineer Le Huu Son  ( Weapon Institute - General Department of Defense Industry)

On the field of support tool, Weapon Institute executed to research and design successfully principle of lifebuoy throwing equipment on sea, however, to take equipment in practical use, there are still a lot of issues needed to solve such as: stability, convenience in use and correct technical parameters with practical demand. The subject is implemented to solve issues of equipment as said above.

Main content of the subject is to complete such equipment, head of lifebuoy, cap wire coil to create a completed lifebuoy throwing equipment on sea applied to serve rescue demand on sea of the province. Compared to the first period, product of the subject has met high stability, guarantee safety for users and rescued people, easily and conveniently to use. Equipment is more tidy, mobile, high use productivity, besides, equiped widely with high use effectiveness.

The scientific council highly evaluates the result, product of the subject. The subject has executed targets as well as key content, however, it also requires head of the subject to complete the process ò technology, improve technology and guide specifically users of equipment etc to complete products and to manufacture on the large scale. The subject is accepted as excellent.
