On June 12, 2014 Department of Science and Technology Baria
– Vungtau province organized to accept project "Build quality management system and
food safety in accordance with standard FSSC 22000 (ISO 22000:2005 and ISO
22002-1/PAS 220) at Vietnam Flour Mills Ltd by Ms.Pham Thi Duoc (Vietnam Flour
Mills Ltd) as project leader. Mr.Quang Vuong Can, Deputy Director of Department
of Science and Technology Baria – Vungtau province as chairman of Acceptance
Council.
On June 12, 2014 Department of Science and Technology Baria
– Vungtau province organized to accept project "Build quality management system and
food safety in accordance with standard FSSC 22000 (ISO 22000:2005 and ISO
22002-1/PAS 220) at Vietnam Flour Mills Ltd by Ms.Pham Thi Duoc (Vietnam Flour
Mills Ltd) as project leader. Mr.Quang Vuong Can, Deputy Director of Department
of Science and Technology Baria – Vungtau province as chairman of Acceptance
Council.
Goal of project is to implement
quality management system and food safety FSSC 22000 (ISO 22000: 2005 and ISO
22002-1/PAS 220) in production activities in Vietnam Flour Mills Ltd. The process is clear and consistant in requirements as well as methods
to control entire operations, process in management system; ensure ability to
provide safe products to users with stable quality, meet customers’ and legal
requirements; simultaneously optimize costs, enhance competitiveness and market
penetration; improve working environment.
Time to implement project
is 16 months (Jan/2013-May/2014) at cost of over 1.5 billion VND. Result of
project has helped to increase productivity, reduce defective and unsafe products,
and generate stable quality; thereby enhance company reputation and increase
competitiveness; meet customer demands; working environment is clean and safe;
expand production, increase business production and sales for company that has
been certified with standard FSSC 22000 dated on March 4,2014.
Mr. Vuong Quang Can,
chairman of Acceptance Council highly evaluated result of project, which has
implemented contents and objectives establised, and gets high economic
effectiveness, ensure food safety.
