On August 8^th, 2014, Center for Informatics, Science and Technology Information of Ba Ria-Vung Tau province organized a report meeting on “Role of Insects in cultivating safe vegetables” presented by Dr.Nguyen Dang Nghia–Director of Southern Center for Soil, Fertilizer & Environment Research. There are about 120 learners who are farmers of Tan Thanh district.

At the seminar, farmers heard reporters to present standards, steps of production and trends of cultivating safe vegetables. Besides, reporters presented more results of researching and using insects in cultivating safe vegetables applied in and out the country and some issues relating to using insects to control insects and balance ecology.
