On 26/8, 2014 BR -VT Department of Science and Technology organized subject acceptance on "Research, design, fabrication and test of stable system of yaw by steering wheel for passenger ships, applied for Con Dao passenger ships" headed by MA.Tran Manh Tuan. The lead agency is Ltd Company One member of  Consultancy - Design - Shipbuilding Technology & Marine Services.

Objective of subject is to research, design anti-yaw equipment by major steering wheel for ships. Fabrication and test yaw stability equipment for Con Dao passenger ships or Con Dao 09 or Con Dao -10 with shake reduction results with 10-15% reduction rate. Implementation period from August 2008 – April 2010, then extended to November, 2013.

Council agreed to test subjects, and required its chairman to edit all comments of the Council. The subject gained average level.
