In the morning of November 13, Mr.Thomas Loidl, the Austrian Ambassador in Vietnam had a meeting and workd in BR-VT province. Mr.Le Thanh Dung, Provincial Vice Chairman and representatives welcomed the delegation.

In the morning of November 13, Mr.Thomas Loidl, the Austrian Ambassador in Vietnam had a meeting and workd in BR-VT province. Mr.Le Thanh Dung, Provincial Vice Chairman and representatives welcomed the delegation.

Mr.Le Thanh Dung introduced some economy development potentials of the province such as: tourism, sea port, oil and gas, … The province attracts 290 FDI projects at the moment with total registed capital of about USD 26.7 billion, however, there was not any investor from Austrian has invested in the province. Mr.Dung hoped that in the future, Mr.Thomas Loidl will introduce Austrian groups to come and seek out investment opportunities in the province.

Ambassador Thomas Loidl pledged to strengthen the relationship between Vietnam and Republic of Austria in general as well as BR-VT province and Republic of Austria in particular. Republic of Austria will promote the cooperation in many fields especial in marine economy.
