Project target is to build online technology trading floor where connects enterprises, helps them innovate, create, transfer technology and develop into science and technology enterprises; where supplies information, invent solutions, intellectual technology; supports state management offices to manage science and technology market of the province. Connect online trading floors, step by step build and install net system of members, hold services – consult technology transfer in the province. Through website of provincial trading floor, create information channel on buying and selling towards enterprises. Take technology floor to become innovation center, encourage activities of technology transfer, become prop trust of enterprises in innovation on technology and develop enterprises in the time of integration. Step by step to mount and maintain effective business support program of the province. Time for project implementation is from January 2015 to January 2017.  

According to Selection Council, the project is necessary and brings social – economic effects. The council agreed to deploy the project.
