From August 23^rd to 25^th, the Directorate of Standards, Metrology and Quality conducted the training on "Maintaining and improving the TCVN ISO 9001: 2008  quality management system for ISO secretaries". Participants included more than 40 ISO secretaries from provincial departments and agencies as well as from the People’s Committee of communes, wards, towns and districts.

From August 23^rd to 25^th, the Directorate of Standards, Metrology and Quality conducted the training on "Maintaining and improving the TCVN ISO 9001: 2008  quality management system for ISO secretaries". Participants included more than 40 ISO secretaries from provincial departments and agencies as well as from the People’s Committee of communes, wards, towns and districts.

The three day training course was delivered by MA. Vu Thi Thu Ha from the Vietnam National Productivity Institute. The training topics included: knowledge of the basic requirements for quality management system and the role of ISO secretaries; skills in building, implementing and maintaining the quality management system; the tools for increasing the effectiveness of the quality management system.

The participants also practiced related skills in maintaining and improving the TCVN ISO 9001: 2008 quality management system. Furthermore, their questions related to practical applications of the standard were also addressed.
