Attending the talk were Mr. Le Xuan Thao - Chairman of G9 Trade Club, Mr. Mai Thanh Quang - Director of Department of Science and Technology, Ms. Tran Ngoc Than - Director of Ba Ria – Vung Tau Radio and Television, Ms. Pham Chi Lan - Economic Expert, Mr. Tran Ngoc Chau – Chairman of FBNC, Mr. Pham Duy Hieu - Director of Startup Vietnam Foundation, Mr. Nguyen Pham Ngoc My - Chairman of Vabis Group and more than 250 business leaders and experts in and outside the province.

During the talk, many challenges faced by small and medium businesses in Viet Nam and in Vung Tau in particular have been discussed. Some common issues are inadequate human resources, low labor productivity and high market competition. To be able to build an effective business model, companies and startups need to clearly define their capabilities and advantages and how the business model in that area is likely to succeed in the future. Addressing these issues will help promote the development of private sector in Ba Ria – Vung Tau in the long run.

The seminar is also an opportunity for business owners in and outside the province to network and to exchange ideas and experiences to find effective and suitable business models.
