Propaganda activities disseminated to support creativity and innovation

Protecting intellectual property rights is becoming increasingly important to promoting the creativity and economic and cultural development and to becoming a prerequisite for each nation’s international integration. Therefore, it is urgent to continue raising the awareness of people, organizations and individuals of creating, managing, protecting and developing intellectual property.

The World Intellectual Property Day 2020 considers innovation, creativity and intellectual property rights to support innovation as the center of efforts to create a green future with the theme of “Innovation and creativity for a green future”.

 

In order to further disseminate propaganda activities to raise the public awareness and encourage creative and innovative activities to improve the quality of life, Dong Nai Department of Science and Technology (DOST) has made a propaganda plan to welcome the World Intellectual Property Day -  April 26.

 

Accordingly, DOST will coordinate with Department of Intellectual Property and Dong Nai Radio and Television Station to hold a round talk that focuses on the theme of “Innovation and creativity for a green future” with the aim of helping organizations and individuals to better understand the World Intellectual Property Day and the message of WIPO, and simultaneously call for and promote local creative innovation movements.

 

The round talk will focus on discussing and exchanging the ideas of the message of “Innovation and creativity for a green future” on the World Intellectual Property Day 2020; the solutions and guidelines of the Department of Intellectual Property to promote creative innovation activities in the forthcoming time; the mechanisms to nurture creative passion and promote innovation, which have been launched, are being launched and will be launched by DOST in the coming time; and the universities’ pioneering creativity and innovation in intellectual property in a green future in the province.

 

In addition, DOST will coordinate with agencies, newspapers and TV stations inside and outside the province to publish propaganda articles about the World Intellectual Property Day 2020 as well as the province’s intellectual property activities.
