According to BR-VT Department of Industry and Trade, out of 38 industrial clusters which were approved the policies and assigned businesses or the local project management as an investor, two IZ clusters: Hac Dich 1 IZ was completed and accepted the concentrated wastewater treatment system, this cluster has attracted four secondary projects in operation and about 1,100 workers working in. Ngai Giao Industrial Cluster is expediting experiment and acceptance of the waste water treatment system with the capacity of 4,000m3/day, as well as applying for location agreement for the 9.2 km sewage pipeline , this industrial cluster has knitting project put into operation and created employment for about 900 employees. Implementation capital of the 5 secondary projects at the two secondary clusters is about VND1616 billion.

There are 10 industrial clusters granted certificates of investment, estimated investment capital of implementation is VND407.2 billion, reached 37.8% of the total registered capital (VND1078 billion). Implementation of infrastructure investment capital of these 10 industrial clusters is estimated at VND220 billion; 5 industrial clusters - Hac Dich 2, Tam Phuoc 1, Ngai Giao, Phuoc Thang and Toc TIen 8 – are applying for certificates of investment. Additionally, Long Dien 1 Industrial Cluster is submitting the application for establishment, 6 clusters have no investors yet: Bau Sao, Long Huong 1, Long My, Binh Chau, Phuoc Buu and Hoa Long.
