The provincial People’s Committee (PPC) had a written petition to the interdisciplinary inspection team (established under the Decision No. 154/QD-UBND dated 20-1-2012 of the PPC Chairman) at the inspection report on the investment progress for 12 tourism projects in Xuyen Moc district.

The provincial People’s Committee (PPC) had a written petition to the interdisciplinary inspection team (established under the Decision No. 154/QD-UBND dated 20-1-2012 of the PPC Chairman) at the inspection report on the investment progress for 12 tourism projects in Xuyen Moc district. Accordingly, the PPC agreed to reclaim the investment policy, terminated the legal effect of the written agreement for locations, detailed planning in the scale of 1/500, the environmental impact assessment report ... for 6 projects: Hien Nga Resort (Hien Nga Co., Ltd.), Binh Chau Ecological Resort (Tien Thinh Pte., Ltd.), Morning Sun villas complex (Morning Sun Travel Trading Co., Ltd.), Thu Giang-Ho Tram Villas – Resort (Thu Giang Pte., Ltd.), Cat Van Resort (Vina Hai Duong J.S.C). Particularly, projects such as Ngan Hiep 1 (Ngan Hiep Real Estate Corporation), Ho Tram marine ecological resort (Saigon Container Co., Ltd.) and Lan Hao ecological resort (Lan Hao Cosmetic Co., Ltd.) are continued to implemented, but must commit the progress of implementation and start construction in the Quarter III/2012. For the 3 projects, namely Binh Minh resort (Binh Minh Seafood Co., Ltd), Phuong Hoang Resort (Phuong Hoang Investment Co., Ltd.) and Tri Dung ecological resort (Tri Dung Travel Services Co.,Ltd.) are allowed to extend the implementation time, but must commit to complete the procedures for determining locations, investment registration and approval of planning scaled 1/500 in December 2012 and begin construction in 2013.
