The Scientific Council of the Provincial Department of Science & Technology of Ba Ria-Vung Tau approved the project “Building and broadcast of intellectual life and on television of Ba Ria-Vung Tau Province” headed by Mr. Thai Quoc Viet (Center for Informatics and Science & Technology Information – the Provincial Department of Science & Technology of Ba Ria-Vung Tau).

The role of intellectual ownership towards science & technology development, as well as economic-social development is being confirmed step by step in Vietnam. However, according to evaluation of experts, situation of occupying intellectual ownership in Vietnam is more popular. If the project is deployed, it will contribute to orient organizations, individuals on intellectual asset value. It meets learning demand of enterprises and people on Law on Intellectual Ownership, on value of intellectual asset etc. From then, it helps to enhance awareness of enterprises, consumers, managers and the public on intellectual ownership to aim understanding target, complying with this and executing law seriously on intellectual ownership.
