On December 12th, 2013, the Provincial Political School and Department of Science & Technology hold a class to improve “Managing science & technology and ideas”. The class existed within 2 days (12 and 13 December), with participation of 80 students, representatives of competent authorities, enterprises, district and city infrstructure departments in the Province.

On December 12th, 2013, the Provincial Political School and Department of Science & Technology hold a class to improve “Managing science & technology and ideas”. The class existed within 2 days (12 and 13 December), with participation of 80 students, representatives of competent authorities, enterprises, district and city infrstructure departments in the Province.

The key content of the class is 3 subjects including: Science Research Method (Lecturer – Associate Professor. Doctor Tran Van Hai); Guidance to State Management procedures on ideas and how to present result report (Lecturer – Ass.Dr Tran Van Hai); besides, complaints of students will be explained relating to science and idea management issues etc.      

Science Technology & Idea Management Issues are very vital and necessary for basic science managers as well as enterprises in the Province in World Economic Integration trend. The class provides scientific proofs, lawful procedures of the Government, the province, how to present a report and idea and positive advantages relating to idea and invention diploma issue etc beneficial, practical for students. According to Doctor Nguyen Van Anh, “one solution is recognized as an idea if satisfying 3 standards: New, applied or applied in test and having opportunity to bring about practical benefits, out of excluded objects (wrong with public order, social ethics, in the time of Intellectual Property Right Protection).
