The Competition is organized by the People's Committee of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province to seek and honor outstanding projects, startup ideas, innovation, and support to develop startups that have successful innovation.

The Contest has many innovations with two competitions: individual or group startup table (no geographical and age restrictions) and competition table for businesses and organizations established in Ba Ria - Vung Tau province .

The final contest will take place in December 2022 within the framework of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province's Innovation Startup Festival 2022. During the Contest, projects and ideas will be participated in activities of training, coaching, mentoring on necessary knowledge and skills for innovative startups, innovation in enterprises and guiding participation in other support policies.

Criteria to evaluate include: innovation; the possibility of commercialization, the possibility of growth; distinctive competitive advantages; impact levels and socio-economic significance; implementation resources; presentation capabilities.
