Two parties discussed about the VARANS/IRSN programme: setting up of a joint VARANS/IRSN working group, IRSN assistance for VARANS tasks relating to the first Vietnamese nuclear power plant, training plan for VARANS staff in the short and long term, tasks to be proposed for the Terms of Reference (TOR) of the INSC cooperation project.
