Vung Tau City People’s Committee has just issued a decision alloting Management Board of Vung Tau City Tourism Areas to temporarily control , exploit Thuy Van beach (section from border of Thang Muoi Hotel to Phan Chu Trinh-Thuy Van three-way crossroads).

Previously, on October14, 2008, Union of Hai Au Co-operative was alloted to exploit, test- business Thuy Van beach by Vung Tau City People’s Committee in order to create jobs for households whose houses were cleared away when Vung Tau City implemented the project to transform and build the back Beach in 2005. 3 years later , after the beach was alotted to Union of Hai Au Co-operative , this area has been having significant changes : green trees were planted to create the green for the environment and restrict the flying-sand matter ; handicrafts stalls were arranged in order. However, frowzy, disorder situation still remained and mainly due to beverage, wine, beer selling mobile stalls. As night falls darkyer, there are many complicated matters of order security.
