However, details about police’s actions against the suspects of the attack on the site http://forum.bkav.com.vn/ were yet to be released.
“We will take bold measures to investigate and suppress this kind of criminal,” said General Tran Van Hoa, deputy chief of the Ministry of Public Security’s hi-tech crimes investigation department (C50).
On February 14, a group of hackers, who call themselves "Lulzsec," attacked the Bkav forum, making it inaccessible and dysfunctional until later that day
The group left a message on the forum that day, claiming that they had stolen multiple Bkav databases.
They threatened to publicize the databases if the company does not withdraw its petition against a man who was arrested in Hanoi on February 7 for allegedly hacking the company’s website five days earlier.

In the meantime, asked about rumors that the forum was home to eight security holes, Nguyen Minh Duc, director of Bkav’s Internet Security Department, said articles posted on social networks or blogs are not always correct, especially when they are posted by anonymous users.
Every system has flaws, so two years ago Bkav started a program to award anyone who could detect its security holes, according to Duc.
“However, we are determined to make no concession with people who violate laws, detecting the holes but then making use of them to attack the company,” he stressed.
