Project acceptance: Invest technology chain of poultry egg treatment in Tam Phuoc Agriculture Service Co-operative

On Jul 11, 2012, Provincial Science Council chairmaned Mr.Nguyen Kim Truong, vice Director of

Ba Ria - Vung Tau department of science and technology organized to accept project: Invest technology chain of poultry egg treatment in Tam Phuoc Agriculture Service Co-operative” led by Mr.Thai Hong Quang, President of Tam Phuoc Agriculture Service Co-operative. This project belongs to Technology and Science Program to support provicial enterprises in period of 2006-2010.

Tam Phuoc Agriculture Service Co-operative established in 2009, mainly specializes in sales of Agriculture food products  and poultry eggs. However, the Co-operative is not reputatous in the market because of handwork poultry egg treatment method prior to sale, unsure quality and poor safety of its products. Hence, Tam Phuoc Agriculture Service Co-operative has made decision for technology investment to treat fresh poultry eggs with capacity of 16.000 – 18.000 eggs/ hour in order to increase product quality, create more jobs and rise income for local labours. 

After application of technology chain to treat fresh poultry eggs, the Co-operative accepted for its operation. It is evident that egg productivity reaches standard about 98%, number of eggs omitted is very less. 

The investment helps the Co-operative be more active in production, its products have competitiveness in the market and assure food sanitation, safety for health of clients. Provicial Science Council totally agrees to accept the project.
