Ba Ria- Vung Tau’s People’s Committee has just had a Decision to adjust the planning of industrial clusters in period 2012-2020. According that, in 2012-2020 period, the province will invest in technical infrastructure of 29 industrial clusters, with total area of 1,523 ha. The capital for investing technical infrastructure be expected about VND 4,570 billion. The industrial clusters are located at locals following: Tan Thanh district (11 ones, area of 614 ha, for investing technical infrastructure is about VND 1,842 billion), Chau Duc district has 7 industrial clusters (480 ha, VND 1,440 billion), Ba Ria town has 3 ones (100 ha, VND 300 billion), Long Dien district has 3 ones (139 ha, capital of VND 417 billion), Dat Do district has 2 ones (100 ha, VND 300 billion), Xuyen Moc district, Vung Tau city and Con Dao island each has 1 industrial cluster, investment capital from VND 60-120 ibllion.
