Phu My III Industrial Zone invested by Thanh Binh Phu My JS Company and Da Bac 1 Industrial complex (Chau Duc district) invested by Dong A – Chau Duc JS Company are being completed to free the space and execute procedures for start in May and June 2013. Dong A – Chau Duc JS Company has just reported to provincial People’s Committee the plan of starting and announcing project of Da Bac 1 Industrial complex on May 15th with attendance of enterprises from Kawasaky, Japan. The industrial complex is 75 hectares large, connected to Da Bac industrial zone which will be built into a specialized one of subsidiary industry. Thanh Binh Phu My JS Company will hold groundbreaking ceremony and make announcement of investor on June 19th 2013. Locating on Phuoc Hoa commune, Tan Thanh district, Phu My III Industrial Zone cover an area of 999 hectares, which will be built with 4 functional subregions : Subsidiary industries, heavy industries, port region and housing area. According to plan, 120 hectares of land will be transferred to secondary investors by the 4th quarter of 2013.
