Morning 09/9/2013, Department of Science & Technology held the course “Expert in Consulting, checking and evaluating Quality Management System according to ISO 9001:2008 in the field of State Management” for cadres of more than 40 authorities in the Province. The course happens within 5 days from 9 – 13/9/2013 with the participation of over 60 students.

Morning 09/9/2013, Department of Science & Technology held the course “Expert in Consulting, checking and evaluating Quality Management System according to ISO 9001:2008 in the field of State Management” for cadres of more than 40 authorities in the Province. The course happens within 5 days from 9 – 13/9/2013 with the participation of over 60 students.

The course is to help state authorities to build Quality Management System and new units to access and understand more ISO 9001. At the course, students will be trained by by MA. Dao Duy Tai, Director of Quality Competence Consulting & Training Center (Center for Quality Measurement Standard 3 – Hochiminh City) on terms, definitions, practicising lessons relating to ISO 9001:2008, quality management principles; introducing model of quality management system; guiding to build process of supervision, activities of supervision and after supervision etc.

Activities of consulting, checking and evaluating Quality Management System is key factor to improve Quality Management System. Through times of consulting, checking and evaluating, it helps to organize and determine remaining issues, risks, then withdraw experiencing lessons to manage better. Applying the model of Quality Management System to support State Authorities to standarize working measures, improve methods of working with targets to satisfy organizations, citizens concerned and reduce inconvenients, worries, clarify steps of solving administrative procedures.
