In December 18, 2007, the DoST checked-up the plan called “Develop a program of financial management and company Website”, in the plan for assisting companies to develop S&T in 2007 of BR-VT at Petroleum and Commerce Joint-Stock Company and Bien Dong Commerce Company.

The plan created good condition for all companies in the province to approach efficiently technology and advanced IT application for managing companies and advertising their own trade names on the Internet.

After approving this plan, executive sections have been established in companies for implementation, including; singing contracts to develop an accounting software and Website depending on standard defined by the leaders; training a program of accounting software and Website for managing cadres of offices, departments and sections, technicians under companies, establishing website editors, issuing regulations to update and use this website. Website has edited in English and Vietnamese.

Strategy of maintaining and developing websites has been developed by companies with the purpose of integrating deeply in the progress of electronic commerce that contributes to promote their positions in the market.
