In the middle of April, Sai Gon-Binh Chau JS company and HDReal company started construction of Sea Star Suite (Sao Bien) apartment and hotel complex in Binh Chau- Ho Coc tourism area.

The Sea Star Suite apartment and hotel complex located on an area of Binh Chau- Ho Coc tourism area project (Bung Rieng commune, Xuyen Moc district), covers on an area of about 3 ha, includes 3 blocks of hotel, 15 storeys apartment with 573 rooms. The project ranks 5star standard. Total capital of project is VND 600 billion.

The project has services: under water sports, sea sports, spa, children playing area, meeting room system can receive 1,000 people. The project is expected to complete and go into use in summer 2012.

Also on this occasion, the investor donated VND 100 million to Fund for the poor of Xuyen Moc district.
