There are two drafts of two different groups, the first group is presented by Dr. Nguyen Khanh Hoang (Hochiminh University of Technology), the other is presented by Dr. Phan Phuoc Hien (Nong Lam University) and MA Le Xuan Ai (Con Dao National Park).

Homalonema Aromatica, discovered and used long time ago in the life and medical field, is the important component of oriental medicine to treat rheumatism, aches of joint. Therefore, developing Homalonema Aromatica in Con Dao District plays an important role in medical science, which is very economical with Con Dao District in private and Ba Ria – Vung Tau in common.

Through draft presentation of such two groups, Scientific Council evaluated that the subject’s draft of Dr. Phan Phuoc Hien and MA Le Xuan Ai is good enough to implement. The Council requires Head in charge to: Rename subject “Evaluating current situation, potential, reasonable use to manufacture and test wine and other medicines from Homalonema Aromatica”; edit the target and 3 contents concerned (investigating current situation, potential of Homalonema Aromatica; researching bio-chemical features of Homalonema Aromatica; deploying and using it suitably to manufacture wine and medicine). The subject is implemented for 24 months.
